TRADE SALE - Integrated Circuits

 

BAAD Concepts developed a plan to rapidly increase the Revenue of a foundry that produced key components for the manufacture of high-performance integrated circuits.

 

Customers were obtained in USA, Asia and Australia, by providing rapid turnaround for critical R&D projects.

 

The business was sold on a strategic basis to a Silicon Valley-based listed corporation who produced similar products for its own use. They were able to use the foundry, initially as a backup facility, and ultimately as a next-phase expansion.

 

The facility remains in Australia.
