Dr Westlake was brought into a startup in the geophysics industry as Managing Director, by a group of incoming investors.
The business had been losing around $500,000 per annum for a number of years, but had still failed to lift Revenue above the $500,000 mark.
Under Dr Westlake’s leadership, the company saw a compound growth rate of over 100% per annum for 4 years, with profits being available to turn into growth.
